Draft for founder and legal review

This is not a live customer agreement. Paid checkout is not active. Final billing, privacy and refund policies, VAT confirmation and legal review are required before launch.

1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with SuccessPilot.ai. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It is written to protect other customers, the public and the service itself — not to catch you out over honest mistakes.

This is a review draft and is not yet effective. Paid checkout is not currently active.

2. The principles

Use the service lawfully, honestly and with respect for other people. You are responsible for the content you supply, the prompts you write and what you choose to build and publish using our guidance.

Legitimate criticism, good-faith complaints, reporting problems and discussing your experience publicly are never treated as misuse. We judge suspected misuse by its context and seriousness, not by whether we happen to dislike what was said.

3. Illegal and harmful activity

You must not use the service to plan, encourage or carry out:

  • Fraud, scams, deception, impersonation or identity theft.
  • Unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, exploitation or abuse of any person.
  • Infringement of intellectual-property rights, or violation of privacy or data-protection law.
  • Distribution of malware, phishing or other malicious code.
  • Any activity that is illegal in the United Kingdom or in the place where you or your intended audience are located.

4. Spam and unsolicited contact

Do not use the service to prepare or send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to harvest contact details, or to run marketing that breaches applicable marketing or privacy rules. Our guidance on launching and growing a business is for lawful, consent-based marketing.

5. Security and access

You must not:

  • Access, or attempt to access, another person's account or data without permission.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, or bypass authentication, security safeguards or disclosed usage limits.
  • Use bots, scrapers, bulk requests or other automation in a way that disrupts the service or evades the plan you purchased.
  • Share or resell access to your account without our permission. This does not prevent you from lawfully using your own project and its output commercially.

6. Using AI output responsibly

AI-generated research, coaching and instructions can be wrong. You must verify important output before relying on it, and you must not present AI output as professional legal, financial, tax or medical advice, or use it as the sole basis for decisions that seriously affect other people.

Do not use the service to generate content that is defamatory, deceptive or intended to mislead consumers — for example fake reviews or fabricated testimonials.

7. Content you supply

Only upload or enter content you are entitled to use. Do not supply other people's confidential information or sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and, where needed, their permission.

8. Reporting a problem

If you believe someone is misusing the service, or you find a security issue, email support@successpilot.ai with as much detail as you can. We review reports and act where needed. If you report a security vulnerability responsibly and in good faith, we will not treat that research as a breach of this policy.

9. How we enforce this policy

If we suspect a breach, our response will be proportionate to the seriousness and context. Depending on the situation we may contact you to resolve the issue, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access. Where practical and lawful we will explain the reason and give you the chance to fix a remediable problem before termination.

Credible security risks, unlawful activity or legal obligations may require immediate action without notice. A suspected breach does not automatically forfeit refund or consumer rights; any decision affecting payments must be fair and comply with applicable law.

You can challenge any enforcement decision by emailing support@successpilot.ai. We will look again with fresh eyes and correct mistakes.
