This Results Disclaimer explains what SuccessPilot is, what it does and does not promise, and how to read any results or examples shown on our website or inside the service. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Subscription and Billing Terms and Refund Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

This is a review draft. Paid checkout is not currently active. It describes the disclaimer we intend to publish at launch.

SuccessPilot is a guided toolkit and coaching service. It helps you shape an idea, plan an online project and build it using third-party tools — primarily Base44. It provides structure, questions, templates and AI-assisted guidance.

It is not a done-for-you agency, an agency service, a guaranteed income scheme, or professional advice on tax, law, finance or investment. Where decisions need professional advice, we say so and recommend you get it from an appropriately qualified professional.

We make no promise that you will launch anything, earn anything or achieve any particular outcome. What you get out of SuccessPilot depends on your effort, decisions, market, skills and circumstances — things outside our control.

We do not promise business success, revenue, customers, traffic, funding, or that your project will work as intended. Any figure that appears anywhere in our materials is illustrative, not a forecast or a typical result.

Examples of projects, prompts, plans or screenshots shown in our materials are illustrations of what the service can help with, not claims that everyone will get the same results. Where we show an example from a real project, it reflects that project's circumstances at that time.

If any example or testimonial is presented on the site, we will identify it as an example, and we do not present it as a promise of your results.

SuccessPilot uses AI models to generate suggestions, feedback and content. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a starting point, not an authority.

You are responsible for checking any advice, numbers, prices or claims before you act on them, and for making the final decision about your project. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on AI output without checking it.

Building a project with us means using tools such as Base44, and may involve payment providers, email platforms or analytics services. These tools are owned and operated by other companies under their own terms, prices and availability.

We do not control third-party services and do not promise their features, pricing or continued availability. Their own costs, limitations and policies are separate from ours.

You remain responsible for your business and its compliance — including taxes, consumer law, data protection for your own customers and any professional rules that apply to your sector. Our guidance is general, and we cannot check that every action you take is right for your situation.

Nothing in this disclaimer asks you to give up consumer rights that the law says you cannot give up.

This disclaimer is part of how we describe the service honestly and proportionately. It does not change our refund guarantee, our cancellation terms or your statutory rights, which are set out in the other policy documents.

Where the Terms and Conditions and this disclaimer overlap, the Terms and Conditions govern the contract, and this disclaimer governs how we describe results and claims.
